The service at Mennonite General Hospital was average. The staff was professional and courteous, but nothing extraordinary. I felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't show much empathy or compassion. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but not particularly impressive. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected a bit more from a reputed hospital.
