My experience with Steen Harbach AG was average. The customer support was satisfactory, but I believe they can be more prompt in their responses. The products were delivered on time, but the packaging was not up to the mark. In terms of pricing, there is room for improvement to offer better value for money. Overall, an average company in my opinion.
