I had an average experience with the Fatima bint Mohamed bin Zayed Initiative. While their website, fbmi.ae, was easy to use and provided the necessary information, I found that the customer support could have been better. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and the staff seemed somewhat unhelpful. However, I appreciate the initiative's efforts in making a difference, and I hope they can improve their customer service for a better overall experience.
