Customer - I recently went on a trip with a travel company and had an amazing time. The itinerary they provided was well thought out and allowed us to see all the major attractions in each city. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of the places we visited. The only downside was that the accommodations could have been better, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely consider traveling with them again in the future.
