As a customer, I would rate the City of Springfield, Missouri as average. Although they provide basic services like maintaining the city's infrastructure, there is room for improvement. The website, springfieldmo.gov, is user-friendly and provides useful information. However, I feel that the city could do more to engage with its residents and address their concerns. Overall, my experience with the City of Springfield, Missouri has been satisfactory.
