I had high expectations when I joined Palestra de atleta, and I must say they exceeded them all. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The classes are dynamic and suit people of all fitness levels. The positive atmosphere at the gym makes it an enjoyable place to work out. I rate Palestra de atleta as excellent!
