I hired a consulting firm for assistance with my business needs. They helped me immensely in strategizing and streamlining my operations. However, I feel that there was room for improvement in terms of their communication. The consultants were knowledgeable, but sometimes failed to explain complex concepts clearly. Overall, it was a decent experience working with them.
