I recently became a member of this credit union after hearing positive feedback from friends. The online banking experience is user-friendly and convenient, which makes managing my finances a breeze. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lackluster. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and knowledgeable. Additionally, the website could benefit from an updated and modern design to enhance the overall user experience. Despite these drawbacks, the credit union does offer competitive interest rates and a variety of services that cater to different financial needs. Overall, it's an average experience, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
