I have been attending tai chi classes at greatbaytaichi.com for a few months now and I am absolutely loving it. The instructors are knowledgeable and make learning tai chi fun. The atmosphere is calm and the classmates are friendly. I have noticed a significant improvement in my balance and overall wellness since I started. Highly recommend!
