I had a mixed experience with Blackboard Middle East BME. The website was easy to use and provided all the necessary information, but the customer service was quite disappointing. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that BME has some room for improvement.
