I recently had the opportunity to work with a design company on a project, and I chose Pnp Design Group. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed quickly. However, I was not blown away by their designs. While they were professional and followed my instructions, the creativity and uniqueness were lacking. I didn't feel that "wow" factor that I was looking for. On the positive side, their customer service was prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns I had. They were responsive and accommodating throughout the process. Although the end result was satisfactory, I was hoping for more innovative design concepts. I would consider Pnp Design Group if you are looking for solid designs, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 😐
