I've been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the Carlson Gracie BJJ Academy in Oxford for a few months now and I'm really enjoying it. The instructors are skilled and provide detailed explanations of techniques. The training environment is supportive and encouraging, creating a positive learning atmosphere. I appreciate the focus on technique and the emphasis on drilling to build a strong foundation. Highly recommend!
