I have been a customer of the Islamic Development Bank for several years and I must say that their services are average. Although they have a wide range of financial products and services, their customer support can be lacking at times. The website (isdb.org) is easy to navigate, but it could use some improvements in terms of the user interface. Overall, I would rate them as an average bank.
