I recently had the opportunity to engage with Positive Equity and overall, my experience was average. The company's website is informative and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found that their customer service could have been more responsive and proactive. While they did address my queries eventually, it took longer than expected and could have been more efficient. On the positive side, their expertise in equity trading is clear, and their team seemed knowledgeable and experienced. The company's commitment to transparency is commendable, as they provide detailed explanations and insights into their strategies. However, I felt that their fees were on the higher side compared to other companies in the industry. In summary, Positive Equity provides a decent service, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
