I recently hired a company for HVAC services and decided to give "Janssen klimaattechniek bv" a try. Unfortunately, my experience was just average. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, the overall service left me wanting more. The technician arrived on time but seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the repairs in detail. The repairs were done satisfactorily, but there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed afterward. Communication was lacking, as my calls and emails took longer than expected to be responded to. Although the pricing was reasonable, the lack of attention to detail and slow response time left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.
