🐾 I recently visited the veterinary teaching hospital and I had a mixed experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, the appointment process was slightly confusing, as it took a while to get through to someone on the phone. Once I arrived, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but the wait time was longer than expected. The veterinarian who examined my pet seemed competent and caring, but lacked a bit of personal communication. The treatment provided was satisfactory, but I was not completely satisfied with the follow-up instructions given. Overall, it was an average experience. The hospital has great potential, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience. 🏥🐶
