As a customer, I found the service to be fairly decent. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the different logistics solutions offered. However, there were some delays in the delivery of my shipment, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service was responsive, but I felt that more proactive communication could have been beneficial. 🚛 Overall, the experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in the future to enhance the overall service quality.
