I have been a customer of Operativa, medicinska spolocnost, ltd for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide the necessary medical equipment, I find their customer service to be lacking. The staff is often unhelpful and it takes a long time to get a response to any queries. They could definitely improve in this area.
