I have been a customer of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have been reliable in terms of delivering my packages on time, their customer support could use some improvement. The representatives are not always knowledgeable and can be quite unhelpful at times. Overall, my experience with the company has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
