As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with this consultancy firm. 😐 I must say, my experience was average at best. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but there was a lack of personal touch throughout the process. 🤷‍♀️ It seemed like they were just going through the motions and ticking off boxes instead of truly understanding my needs. Additionally, their response time was quite slow, which sometimes made me feel like my project was not a priority for them. 😴 On the positive side, they did deliver the promised results, albeit not with much enthusiasm. Overall, it was an average experience that left me feeling somewhat indifferent. 😐 I might consider exploring other options in the future.
