I recently had the flooring in my home redone and decided to go with this company after doing a lot of research. The installation process was smooth and the workers were professional and courteous. The quality of the materials used is good, and I appreciate the variety of options they offer. However, the communication with the sales team and the overall customer service could have been better. I also noticed some minor imperfections in the finishing of the flooring. Overall, it's an average experience, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future to see if there's improvement. 😊
