I had a mixed experience at the sports institute. While the facilities were impressive, I found the trainers to be lacking in knowledge and motivation. The institute needs to invest more in training its trainers and creating a more supportive environment for athletes. Additionally, the programs offered were limited and didn't cater to a wide range of sports. Overall, my experience was average at best.
