I recently used this lab for some routine blood work and found their service to be 🤔. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the option to schedule appointments online. However, the staff seemed a bit disorganized, and I had to wait longer than expected. The phlebotomist was friendly but lacked the gentle touch I prefer. On the positive side, the results were delivered promptly and were easy to access through their website. Overall, an average experience, but I hope they work on improving the efficiency and customer service.
