I've always struggled with finding a fitness program that keeps me motivated, but Intense Fitness has done just that. The trainers are fantastic and they create a welcoming and encouraging environment. The workouts are tough but manageable, and I can feel myself getting stronger with each session. I'm so glad I found this place!
