📷💼I recently used Orbit Event Rentals for my corporate event and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through their inventory and place my order. 😊✨However, the communication from their team could have been better. There were a few times when it took multiple follow-ups to receive a response, which felt slightly unprofessional. 😕📞On the day of the event, the rental items were delivered on time, but I noticed that some of them were slightly worn out and not in the best condition. 💔😥 This was disappointing as I had expected everything to be in excellent shape. On a positive note, the rental prices were reasonable and the pick-up process was hassle-free. Overall, my experience with Orbit Event Rentals was just average; they have room for improvement in terms of communication and maintaining their inventory.
