I recently worked with a marketing and design company and overall, I found their services to be average. The company website was easy to navigate and the layout was clean. However, I felt that the designs they provided lacked creativity and originality. They seemed to stick to generic templates rather than creating unique designs tailored to my needs. The marketing strategies they suggested were also quite basic and didn't offer any innovative ideas. My experience with their customer service was satisfactory, as they were responsive and addressed my queries promptly. While the company fulfilled the basic requirements, I was hoping for a more distinctive and personalized approach to marketing and design.
