My stay at Savoy hotels & resorts was just average...

My stay at Savoy hotels & resorts was just average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The location was convenient, but there was nothing special about the hotel overall. I expected more for the price. It was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would stay here again.
