👉After visiting the company's website, I found that they have a wide range of medical products, which is great. However, I wasn't impressed with the overall user experience. The website was a bit clunky and outdated in design, making it difficult to navigate and find specific information.

The product descriptions were also lacking in detail, making it hard to make an informed decision about which product would be the best fit for my needs. It would be helpful if they provided more comprehensive information and specifications for each product.

On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a query regarding a particular product. They promptly answered my questions and provided me with the information I needed.

Overall, I would rate this company as average. I appreciate the range of products they offer and their helpful customer service, but improvements could be made in terms of website design and detailed product information. 🤷‍♀️
