As a tenant with this property management company for the past year, I have had a mixed experience. The online portal for submitting maintenance requests and paying rent is convenient and user-friendly. However, the responsiveness of the maintenance team leaves something to be desired, as it often takes longer than expected to address issues. Communication from the management team could also be improved, as important updates are not consistently relayed to tenants. Additionally, the overall condition of the property could be better maintained. While there are some positive aspects, such as the convenient online features, the company could definitely benefit from addressing the areas of improvement mentioned.
