As a customer, I recently used the services of AGTT for transporting my goods. The experience was satisfactory overall. The website "kerix.net" provided adequate information about the company's services, but I found it slightly outdated and in need of modernization. The communication with the company was efficient, and they were responsive to my inquiries. However, the tracking system for my shipment could be improved for better transparency and accuracy. The actual transportation process was handled well, but I believe there is room for enhancement in terms of timeliness and handling of fragile items. In conclusion, AGTT provides decent services, but there are areas that could be improved to elevate the customer experience.
