I've been a loyal customer of Hitachi Capital America Vendor Services for several years now, and I can confidently say that they provide an average service. While they do offer competitive rates and a range of financing options, their customer service can be inconsistent at times. There have been instances where it took longer than expected to get a response or resolution to my queries. Overall, they do an acceptable job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
