I had a mixed experience with The Guerrilla Agency. While their website design and user interface were excellent, their customer service was lacking. The team took a long time to respond to my inquiries and often seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I think they have potential but need to improve their communication skills. I would rate them as average.
