I had a mixed experience with the Better Sourcing Program. While their commitment to responsible sourcing is laudable, I found their customer service lacking. The response time was slow and it took a while to get the assistance I needed. However, once my issue was addressed, the program provided satisfactory results. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
