I have mixed feelings about Sefer. On one hand, their product quality is great and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had a few issues with their customer service. There have been instances when I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my query. Overall, I would say that Sefer is a decent company to shop from, but there is definitely room for improvement.
