I have been a customer of Broadband Cable Association of Pennsylvania for over a year now and I must say, the service has been average. The internet speed is decent and I rarely experience any outages. However, the customer support could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
