I recently had a wonderful dining experience at a restaurant in Herne called Ristorante Rosmarino. The food was superb and the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the seafood risotto, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Italian meal.
