My experience with Ocean Travel Asia was overall very positive. The booking process was smooth and easy, and their customer service was exceptional. The resort I stayed in was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor issue I had was with the Wi-Fi connection, but it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
