I have had a mixed experience with Regency Management Group Limited. While they have done a decent job with managing my properties, their communication could be improved. At times, it feels like they are not proactive enough in keeping me updated. However, they have always been responsive whenever I have reached out to them. Overall, I would say their services are satisfactory.
