I recently booked a vacation with Exotic holidays ltd. and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, but the customer service was lacking. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and didn't go out of their way to provide any extra assistance. The accommodations were decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
