I have been a customer of Sefer for several years now and I must say that their service is average. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. Sometimes they deliver on time and the quality of the products is good, but other times there have been delays in delivery and the products have been damaged. Overall, I would say that Sefer is just an average company.
