I recently had the opportunity to work with a custom home builder and overall, it was an average experience. The company website was user-friendly and provided information about their services. However, the communication throughout the process could have been better. It often took several days to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The attention to detail could have been improved upon. The final result of the project was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The pricing was fair and within the market range, but it would have been nice to see more transparency in the breakdown of costs. In the end, if you're looking for an average custom home building experience, this company could be an option.
