I recently opened an account with this bank and trust company. The customer service was friendly, and the process was fairly straightforward. However, I found their online banking platform to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. I wish they would invest in updating their technology to provide a more convenient experience for their customers. One thing I did appreciate was their commitment to community involvement, which shows they care about making a positive impact.👍 Overall, it’s a decent option, but could use some improvement in the digital department.
