I recently had the pleasure of visiting this casino and it exceeded all of my expectations. The location was convenient, right in the heart of the city, and the Sheraton Convention Center provided a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The casino itself was impressive, with a wide variety of games to choose from and a slick, modern design. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring a fantastic gaming experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The highlight for me was the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel like a VIP.
