As a customer of Philippine telegraph and telephone company, I must say that their service is average. There are some areas where they can improve, but overall, it's not too bad. The internet speed can be a bit slow at times, and there have been a couple of instances where the connection dropped unexpectedly. However, their customer support is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. I hope they can work on improving their service further.
