I had a satisfactory experience with Form and Fitness. I appreciated the trainers' guidance and support throughout my fitness journey. The exercises were challenging and effective, helping me achieve my fitness goals. However, I feel that the website could be improved in terms of user-friendliness and accessibility. Overall, a good place to work out.
