I recently purchased a device from this company, and I have to say that my experience has been average. The device itself seems to work as advertised, providing real-time tracking of my vehicle. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the product. However, the customer support was not very prompt or helpful when I had some technical issues. It took several attempts to get a response from them, and even then, I felt like I was being given generic answers that didn't fully address my concerns. Furthermore, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar products on the market. Overall, I would say that the product itself is decent, but the lackluster customer support and high price point make it an average option.
