I recently used a real estate service to find a rental property and came across their website. The website was user friendly and had a good selection of properties to choose from. However, I found the communication with the company to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries and the overall process seemed a bit disorganized. Additionally, I had some issues with the property I rented and it took a while for them to address the issues. While the website was useful, the actual customer service experience was not as satisfactory. I would rate my overall experience with them as average.
