As a customer, I had a rather average experience with Secretaría de prevención de lavado de dinero. The company website, seprelad.gov.py, was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my query. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
