I had a mixed experience with Masco security and gate automation trade ltd. The installation process was smooth and the technician was professional. However, the customer service could have been better. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and there were some miscommunications along the way. Overall, the security system works well, but the customer experience could be improved.
