I can't express enough how much I love Contenders boxing! The trainers are absolutely fantastic and the classes are so much fun. I always leave feeling energized and motivated. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. The facility is clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend Contenders boxing to anyone who wants to learn boxing or improve their fitness level.
